Generation and enhancement of surface acoustic waves on highly doped P-Type GaAs substrates
Researchers at GW have developed a novel method to enhance the piezoelectric property of weak or none piezoelectric materials(GaAs) using surface acoustic waves and strong piezoelectric material (ZnO).
